    Its really amazing service. which connect people back home with their love ones. May you upgrade the service to unique number for each user. So more than one can call not only from mapped no.

    hye,
    i am talking through connect 2 pk snice a month.now my family got the bill after a month…the no provided by the connect2pk are special no.and they have extra money not a local call..this is really a disappointment .i ask ever1 to check the bills…

    Please note that Connect2Pk numbers are not PTCL numbers. However, all calls will be charged as a local call. In case you are calling from any other city, you will have to bear inter-city connectivity charges as per the tariff of PTCL or any other cellular network.

    We really apologize for any inconvenience. An occurred in our system which was causing problems during sign-up and also when the users were running their softphones (error#404). However, we’ve fixed the bug and have updated all accounts. You can try running your softphone now.

    i am kashif and i knew about this service and i registerd my mapped no but i am still facing problem to receive call from pakistan since 4 days some time no busy and some time computer ask for ext.please any one can tell me about this issue.my cousin is using this service and he doesnt have any problem please provide me also this incredible service.i shall really thank full to you.

    i am enjoying your great service since 1 month its really amazing.i want to discuss a natter with u that i have created an account for my cousin his account no is 309051 but unfotunately his mapped no dead in those days and he couldnt receive call with in 15 days but now his mapped no is active and account gona inactive and his yahoo account is also not working kindly tell me solution for this problem and reactivate his account and if any activation code required plz send this code to my email id.i shall be highly appreciate you.

    What status do you see on the screen of your soft phone? Also, is your calling party dialing from the registered mapped number?

    there is no message shows on soft phone.yes my mapped numbered is registerd and he is using this no since 1 year.everything is ok axcept call not forwarding to my soft phone.kindly check this issue i will try today as well and confirm you the latest status.thanks a lot for quick reply

    dear all plz reactivate my account i have sent so many email to support department but its still inactive. my account#309049 and other account info is given in email which i sent to support department kindly check my account status and activate it again.
