What does this package means 15min/call round the clock! & 30min/call 4-10am Happy hour? from where we can utilise it? Thanking you in anticipation

All calls on our server disconnect after specified interval. However, during Happy hours – we allow users to talk more when the traffic is low on our server, so as to maximize the usage and enable more users to avail the free service.
*The call package is automatically applied during the specified time interval.

Dear,
I would like to appreciate your services, but i would like to request you to start a paid service as well besides the GREAT free service you are giving, so that people have ease of selection and freedom of talktime if they pay.

how i active my id to recve call pls hep me 310702id my id but if from mepd number call me thay con,t recve any xlite user if call me xlit answer unavilable

What status do you see on the screen of your soft phone? Also, is your calling party dialing from the registered mapped number?
