Hi Em,
This is Asif From Dubai.Today i regestered and got my username and all other setting.Even after puting that in Sip Account setting i cant login.After discovering network, during registering procedure it is showing “Registeration error 503- Service unavailable”….hopefully u will help me to solve this problem.

Error 503 occurs whenever your soft phone is unable to connect to our servers. Please setup your phone as shown on http://www.connect2pk.com/settings.html

i register my user and when i m trying to login i m reciving error 408 request timeout every setting i check it is ok but still problem can u help me out please

Aoa, i am leving in SAUDI ARABIA i register my account.but last 4 days i cannot receved call from pakistan.some time all your ph noumber is busy & some time your computer says for EXT.No.please tel me whats problem & what i do

What status do you see on the screen of your soft phone? Also, is your calling party dialing from the registered mapped number?
Also, our system does not ask for extension. Your call gets directly connected to the other party!

i want to know that this service is legal or illegal in pakistan. may be my family call from pakistan and PTCL says that this is illegal.

first of all i want to aappreciate you on this great service and secondly i want to discuss one problem that since 2 days i and my friends are unable to receive calls from pakistan i am in saudi arabia.

the problem has been solved and now i am receiving calls from pakistan.once again thanks.i think this problem occured due to some bugs which you have fixed now the voice quality is more better than that.

Connect2Pk is 100% legal. For more details, you can refer to Pakistan Telecom Authority VoIP terms on PTA website.
